1. Scope of these Policies

These General Campaign Policies apply to all promotions, discounts, and special offers available on edgun.shop, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Specific campaigns may include additional conditions, which will always be communicated alongside these general policies. By participating in any promotion, you agree to these terms.

2. Non-combinable Promotions

Unless explicitly stated, promotions and discounts cannot be combined. This includes, but is not limited to: percentage discount codes, shipping discount codes, free product promotions, and bundle or multi-buy offers. Only one discount code may be used per order, unless clearly stated otherwise.

3. Pre-order Exclusions

Promotions and discounts do not apply to pre-order items, unless explicitly stated on the product page or campaign communication. Pre-order products are excluded from all general promotional offers by default.

4. Product Eligibility

Not all products are eligible for promotions. Exclusions may include: pre-order items, limited or special editions, Outlet units and other products already subject to specific pricing conditions, and gift cards. Eligibility will always be indicated at campaign level or on the relevant product page.

5. Automatic Application & Errors

Promotions are applied automatically when conditions are met. If a promotion does not apply as expected: review the eligibility conditions, ensure no conflicting promotions are active, and contact our support team before completing your order. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively once an order has been placed.

6. Changes, Availability & Termination

edgun.shop reserves the right to: modify or withdraw promotions at any time, limit availability while stocks last, and cancel promotions due to technical errors or misuse. These changes do not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

7. Fair Use

Any attempt to misuse, manipulate, or bypass promotional conditions may result in: cancellation of the promotion, and adjustment or cancellation of the order. This includes abuse of automated usage or fraudulent activity.

8. Legal Notice

All promotions are subject to Spanish and European Union consumer law. These policies are provided for transparency and do not affect your statutory rights.
