1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return a product, unless otherwise specified, for orders within the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States. We recommend inspecting your products immediately upon delivery to confirm they are in perfect working condition and were delivered correctly.

2. Item Condition

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging. Items returned without original packaging or not in perfect condition incur a minimum 10% fee based on the total price.

3. Non-returnable Items

Scopes and other optics can only be returned if they have not been mounted. Mounted optics cannot be returned, so inspect the optic carefully before installing it.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

Complete the Return/Exchange Form and we will send you the instructions. Return shipping is at your expense, must use a tracked service, and we do not cover customs duties, import taxes, or related charges. We are not responsible for lost returns or issues during the return shipment: a product is considered returned only once it is delivered to our warehouse.

5. Processing Your Return

We notify you by email upon receipt of your return. Within seven days, we inspect the items and inform you whether the return or exchange has been approved.

6. Exchanges

If approved, you receive a discount code equal to the value of the returned product, valid for placing a new order within seven business days. Shipping costs are not included.

7. Refunds

If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within seven business days. Shipping costs, customs fees, and any additional charges are deducted from the refund amount.

8. Cryptocurrency Payments

Orders paid with cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT) cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you wish to return a product paid with crypto, the return must be requested within 14 days of delivery. You will receive a voucher valued between 70% and 90% of the product's original price, depending on the condition of the returned item, redeemable toward a new purchase.

9. Countries Outside the EU, UK, or USA

Returns and exchanges are not available for countries outside the European Union, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
